If you are a North American parent who has had a peek into the world of Japanese bento then you know that when it comes to adorable looking food we don’t stand a chance. The Japanese company, Chambre de Sucre doesn’t have decades of experience, but rather centuries of experience making these miniscule sugar sculptures.
I don’t put sugar in my coffee, but I like to add a cube or two to my tea. Because I don’t use sugar often, I love having sugar cubes in a little ceramic jar since it doesn’t cake and it is easy to serve. I’ve been quite content with sugar cubes until I saw a few pictures of sugars from Chambre de Sucre and a whole new tea time horizon opened up.
