My Many Crushes: Biltmore Bar and Grille & Craft Beer

I’m a crusher.  I don’t crush beer cans.  I don’t crush grapes.  I do, have lots of crushes on lots of things including people too, but don’t worry I share them openly with my husband (it’s not weird I swear).

So one of my latest crushes is on this rugged, little, tucked away spot in Newton, The Biltmore Bar and Grille.  It’s a happening place that few know about (but enough do because it’s full of life when you step inside.)  The food is really really good.  I’d consider it a hidden gem.  The space is inviting, and comfortable in a tavern, bar, neighborhood spot kind of way.  The food is grastropub but the atmosphere still has real vintage jeans on (not the expensive distressed trendy kind) if you know what I mean.

If you haven’t yet found the perfect gift for you valentine, this might be the answer.  It is something you can enjoy together, or if that’s not your thing you can send him/her out to enjoy it with his/her friends. So what is it?  It is the Blues and Soul Monthly Beer Dinner with Oskar Blues Brewery where you will join Executive Chef Frank Toohey for his beer dinner paired with ales and plenty of Southern flavor.  It is a five course menu with selected ales from Oskar Blues Brewery out of Colorado.
