Mochi Masterpiece by Miriam G. (Recipe)


  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 3 small scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 3 vanilla mochi cut into 4ths
  • 1/4 pint of heavy cream
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar


Blend ingredients together. Place blended ingredients in the freezer while you make the whipped cream.

Put heavy cream in a bowl with the granulated sugar. Whip until just beyond soft peaks.

Take the mix out of the freezer. Pour it into a glass and top with whipped cream and half a mochi.
