With a new year, brings new ideas, and new goals. For many, learning something new is on that list. When it comes to learning, it is most successful when the motivation is there. When you learn something you are going to use, the motivation is definitely there. Saloon is inviting you to get schooled in the art of the cocktail. No extra motivation needed.

Davis Square’s Saloon is home to Beverage Director and resident Malt Man, Manny Gonzales. During these classes Gonzales will give you the skill and knowledge you need. School at Saloon includes introductions to Mezcal, Gin and Brandy as well as dinners where the meeting of the minds of the chef and beverage director comes together to create dinners honoring Scotch and Whiskey.
The first class begins tomorrow. Mezcal is the perfect spirit to get you through winter. The smokiness of this tequila sibling gives a lot of interest and intrigue to your winter cocktails.
