This rose lemonade cocktail is so simple. It is slightly fragrant from the roses and very refreshing on a hot summer evening. It is the perfect drink for a Sunday afternoon, brunch, or a baby shower (just leave out the vodka for those who prefer).

Chill a bottle of Fentimans’ rose lemonade. If you have simple syrup and pearl sugar (granulated is fine too), then dip the rim of your glass in a shallow dish or plate with a puddle of simple syrup. Then dip your glass in a plate of sugar.

If you don’t have simple syrup, just rub a lemon along the rim and then dip in sugar.

Add 1 oz of vodka. I used Triple Eight vodka. It is one of my favourites. Then full the glass 1/2 way with ice. Pour the Fentiman’s rose lemonade over the ice and serve with a cute straw.
