It’s Halloween Weekend. Be safe. If you live in New England, get out the ski under layers to keep the kids warm. Also if you are new to the area, find out some of the best places to trick or treat best places to trick or treat and be warned that some towns, some wicked towns, chose to trick or treat on the weekend instead of the actual day.
