Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce

• 1/4 cup of rice vinegar (also known as rice wine vinegar)
• 1/2 cup of hot tap water
• 2 TBSP of fish sauce
• 1 – 1 1/2 limes juiced
• 2 cloves of garlic minced
• 1 tsp of red chili paste

In a jar or mixing bowl add all the ingredients. Shake it up and it is ready to serve.
