NYC Ballet Workout Day 2: Snow Day Edition

I made it work even though I had company. After a day of running around in Natick looking at furniture for the playroom, playing at the Apple Store and the Lego store and the play space we made it home and carved out about 30 mins. to do the workout.

I had company of the siblings, offspring sort so less zen more giggles.

Today’s NYC Ballet Workout was about 45 minutes I think but I forgot to check the clock and I took a quick water break.

  • Warm Up –
  • Abdominals and leg darts
  • Pliés
  • Tendus
  • Passés Isabelle requested these.
  • Little Jumps –The moment when you realise how really terribly out of shape you are still.
  • Grand Battements Front
  • Révérance – The moment when you thank yourself for taking these 30 minutes to move.
