NYC Ballet Workout Day 3: Cold toes edition

Today my body is a bit sore. I feel some of the work from abs to glutes. At the end of my workout (35 minutes) my toes are cold and my cheeks are warm.

My routine this morning:

  • Warm Up 1
  • : Where my toes are cold and I stand in one patch of sun.

  • Warm Up 2
  • Abdominals and Leg Darts
  • : Where I consider staying on the floor.

  • Floor Barre 1
  • Arabesque Lifts
  • Grand Battements Devant
  • Little Jumps
  • : Where I get tired and mark some parts.

  • Réverance.
