T0night:  Drinkable Science at MIT. A little mix of applied math with John Bush and cocktail concoctions with Jared Sadoian of Craigie on Main and Will and Dave Willis of Bully Boy Distillers.  Sample spirits and make concoctions of your own at the MIT Museum – 265 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge. 6pm/21+/$20.

Saturday and Sunday:  Super Hunger Brunch, Ribelle is now serving brunch, Winter Markets are Open, Chocolate Festival in Harvard Square, Chocolate Lovers Afternoon Tea at Upstairs on the Square, Legal Harborside Catch and Release Fishing for kids.

New England Aquarium Celebrates Oysters as Sustainable Seafood Choice at Row 34
Celebrate Seafood Dinner on Jan. 27, 7 p.m.
What:  Chef Jeremy Sewall will prepare a four-course meal with oysters as part of the New England Aquarium’s popular Celebrate Seafood Dinner series. Skip Bennett, Island Creek’s founder and president, Chef Sewall and restaurateur Garrett Harker. Chef Sewall’s cousin, Mark Sewall, a fisherman, will join the evening’s conversation about sustainability of oysters, locally in Duxbury, MA.
